Overview
So’Access, a brand of Auvergne Habitat, is a leading social housing and homeownership provider in the Clermont-Ferrand metropolitan area. The goal of the project was to modernize the brand's digital identity and deliver a user-friendly platform that helps future homeowners find the right property more easily.
Objectives
Modernize the brand's visual identity.
Improve the overall user experience.
Simplify the property search process.
Highlight homeownership schemes, including the PSLA program.
Generate more qualified leads through digital tools.
What We Delivered
The project involved designing and developing a fully responsive WordPress platform featuring:
A redesigned UX/UI.
A powerful property search engine.
Detailed property and development pages.
Contact and property alert forms.
Clear explanations of homeownership programs and eligibility schemes.
Several custom WordPress features, with a strong focus on automating the connection between prospective buyers and available properties.
Smart Property Search Form
I built a custom search form that allows users to define their property preferences, including budget, location, property type, number of bedrooms, and other criteria. These preferences are stored to create a personalized buyer profile.
Automated Property Matching & Email Alerts
I also developed an automated matching system that continuously compares newly published properties with each user's saved search criteria. Whenever a property matches a user's preferences, the platform automatically sends an email notification, allowing potential buyers to discover new opportunities as soon as they become available.
Outcome
This feature significantly improves the user experience by eliminating the need for repetitive searches while enabling So’Access to promote newly available properties more effectively and increase qualified leads.
